Nylon-6 Plant of Shifeng (Group) Co., Ltd is one subsidiary company of Shifeng Group---the largest agricultural machine manufacturer in China. Nylon-6 Plant was established in 2005, the total investment of which has reached 1million RMB. Till the end of 2010, the yearly production capacity will be 60,000 tons for Nylon-6 chips and yarn, 30,000 tons for Nylon-6 cord fabric, which is the on the top three in China. 
  Shifeng Nylon-6 Dipped Cord Fabric is famous for high tensile strength, good anti shock loading capability,  good fatigue resistance and high adhesive attraction, which widely used by domestic and foreign tire factories as framework materials.
Shifeng Nylon-6 production contains Nylon-6 middle & high viscose chips, Nylon-6 industrial yarn & UV yarn, Nylon-6 grey cloth & dipped cord fabric. Nylon-6 Chip is mainly used for industrial and civil spinning; Nylon-6 Yarn is mainly used for nylon fabric, nylon canvas, nylon geocloth and nylon rope; Nylon Dipped Fabric is mainly used as framework material for tires. At present, Shifeng Nylon-6 Yarn sizes include 840D, 1260D, 1680D and 1890D; Nylon-6 Dipped Fabric sizes include 930dtex/2(840D/2), 1400dtex/2(1260D/2), 1870dtex/2(1680D/2) and 2100dtex/2(1890D/, we can design the production of Nylon-6 Dipped Fabric according to demanding of clients.
During the intense trade competition, Shifeng unswervingly insists on the power of Technology, keeps on process innovation, technique innovation & management innovation, and continuously improving quantity, in order to keep the leader position. At present, Shifeng Nylon-6 products have been exported to 25 countries abroad, such as USA, Italy, Egypt, Iran, India, Thailand, Bangladesh, South Korea, North Korea, etc. On domestic market, Shifeng has became the main supplier for more than 30 companies, such as Triangle Group, XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, Taiji Industry Co, Ltd, Xinjiang Kunlun Tire Co., Ltd, etc.
Being supported dominant resources by Sinopec, Shifeng Group and Sinopec have became the long-term strategic alliance, and established well partnership. Sinopec provides chemical materials for Shifeng. 
According to the plan of Shifeng Group, our production capacity will achieve 100,000 tons per year, in order to become the first in China. Meanwhile, Shifeng will develop the producing of Polyester HMLS Cord Fabric. We will keep on working enterprisingly to make Shifeng a world famous Nylon Product corporation.
